Curtis is the visionary founder of Precision Builders, leading the team with a steadfast commitment: "I promise to give my all to our team during times of uncertainty, when challenges arise, and when the answers aren't clear. No matter what, we will find a way!" A fun fact about Curtis? At 18 and 19, he used his skills in gambling and playing pool to pay his bills—proof that he's always been resourceful!

As the company's top numbers guy, Robert drives revenue growth with precision. When he's not crunching numbers, he enjoys time with his family, playing hockey, collecting bourbon, and unwinding with wombat videos.

Alexia is the go-to person for keeping operations organized and on track, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine. Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors, especially when she's paddleboarding.

Brenda is the force that keeps everything running smoothly at Precision Builders. In her free time, she’s fascinated by space exploration and even witnessed a space shuttle launch in Cocoa Beach, Florida.
